Our Family
We are fortunate to have loving and supportive family and friends that are extremely excited about a new addition to our family. We travel to Georgia often to visit Ashley's parents and brother. Her parents also make frequent trips to NC for long weekends. Amanda's parents and sister live a few minutes from our house. We have a niece Taylor and nephew Sam. We adore them both and love planning sleepovers and special outings. We are both blessed with parents that have been married over 34 years and still live in the same homes we grew up in. We want our child to be surrounded by stable, loving, committed parents like we were. We believe that a wonderful childhood is about special family memories. Amanda grew up going to the lake and we look forward to summer weekends with her family, waterskiing and playing games. Our child will have so much fun swimming with cousins and going on family boat rides. Ashley grew up camping, hiking, snow skiing and traveling with her family and we enjoy vacations with them. Grammy and Grandpa cannot wait to plan a Disney cruise vacation to see their first grandchild meet Mickey Mouse. Our parents will be loving and involved grandparents. They have been great role models and we hope to follow in their footsteps.
